Luxury tax on room tariff: 12.5%
Service Tax :5.15% for the tariff above INR 1000/-
VAT on food charges : 12.62%
Food Element Rate
Break fast per person : Rs. 300/- + tax
Lunch / Dinner per person : Rs. 450/- + tax
- Extra charges applicable for New Year Eve Supplement on 31st Dec (Per person extra) @ Rs. 1500/- + taxes extra per person.
Extra Person
- The room tariff component will be 20% of the room tariff on double occupancy.
Children
- Persons of age between 6 to 12 years will be regarded as a child.
- Child rate will be 10% of the room tariff on Double Occupancy basis on room rent.
- Food rate will be 50% of the actual rates per person.
Adult
- Persons above 12 years of age will be regarded as adult and will be charged on the full tariff.
